Terms of Service

Hostivate is a web-based property management platform for Airbnb hosts. It provides tools for guest messaging automation, booking management, cleaning coordination, and channel syncing. Access is via subscription billed monthly per property.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal entity or individual capable of entering contracts. By creating an account, you confirm you have authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from Airbnb or any other platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Hostivate service to third parties.
• Build a competing product using access granted by Hostivate.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or authentication mechanisms.
• Use the service to send spam, harass users, or violate any applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the service.

When you connect your Airbnb account, Hostivate receives listing and booking data on your behalf via the Airbnb API. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Airbnb data is used exclusively to provide the host management services you requested.
• Airbnb data may not be sold, shared, or used for advertising or any secondary purpose.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Airbnb data complies with Airbnb's Terms of Service and API policies.
• We will delete all Airbnb data within 30 days of account termination.
• Hostivate does not guarantee continuous access to Airbnb data — Airbnb may revoke API access at any time.

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card required during the trial.
• After the trial, a subscription of ₹999 per property per month is required to continue using the service.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not issue refunds for partial months.

Hostivate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Merakomedia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform (property descriptions, custom messages, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that third-party integrations (Airbnb, Stripe, etc.) will function without disruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hostivate's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or data.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
